Mattie ships to all countries worldwide.
Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day after your payment and order have been confirmed. All orders are shipped with express shipping.
Your order will be shipped with DHL or FedEx*. As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.
If you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery, DHL or FedEx will try again on the next delivery day. The courier will make two delivery attempts in total. If delivery is not possible on the second attempt, you will receive a notification from DHL or FedEx. With this notification, you can pick up your parcel at the nearest collection point or post office.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Mattie until the moment of delivery to you, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return (part of) your purchase to us.
You can register your return within 30 days after delivery by contacting our customer service with your order number and the items you wish to return. After your return has been approved, you can send the products back to:

Please always send your return with a track & trace code and keep the receipt until your refund has been processed.
Condition of returned products
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair colouring products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless there is a issue or you received the wrong product. Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs
Unless we have made a mistake, return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not provide free return labels for unwanted items or orders that are returned because the colour or shade is not as expected.
If you received a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service first. In that case we will look for a suitable solution and, where applicable, cover the cost of the return shipment.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned items. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your order.
If you return your entire order in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs. The costs of sending the products back to us are for your own account, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.
