PREPARATION OF MIXTURE:

3% - peroxide cream to go from light to dark hair color. Use 3% only with main colors.

6% - peroxide cream to cover grays and to lighten your hair by 1-2 shades.

9% - peroxide cream to lighten your hair by 2-3 shades.

12% - peroxide cream to lighten your hair up to 4-5 shades.

Prepare a 1:1 mixture: Mix 60ml Mattie Color cream and 60ml peroxide cream with a brush until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture. Mix it only with Mattie peroxide and not a other, because Mattie peroxide is without silicones, mineral oil and parabens.

HOW TO USE:
A) FIRST TIME COLORING

Wear protective glovesApply the mixture to the entire length of hair, don't mix it with 2 cm hair from the hair roots. Wait for 20 minutesAt the end of the processing time, apply the mixture on to the roots. Wait 15 - 20 minutes.At the end of the processing time, rinse hair with lukewarm water. After wash your hair with Mattie Professional After Color Shampoo which creases the color permanence and brightness by ensuring the stability of the hair.

B) OUTGROWTH APPLICATION

Wear protective gloves.Apply the mixture on the outgrowth. Leave it for 20 minutes.At the end of the processing time, apply the rest of the product on all your hair down to the ends and leave for a further 15 - 20 minutes.At the end of the processing time, rinse hair with lukewarm water. After wash your hair with Mattie Professional After Color Shampoo which creases the color permanence and brightness by ensuring the stability of the hair.

NOTE 1: During lighter tones dye application 10 minutes more be should added to above mentioned waiting times.
NOTE 2: If heat is used during the application, the above mentioned waiting times should be reduced to half.

 HINTS FOR A PERFECT COVERAGE OF GRAY HAIR:

When using fashion colors, it is recommended to blend it with the main colors to have a better gray hair coverage result. Use the following amounts if the gray hair ratio is:- From 0% to 50%: use 15ml main color + 45 ml fashion color- From 50% to 80%: use 30ml main color + 30ml fashion color- From 80% to 100%: use 45ml main color + 15ml fashion color

If you only use the main color, you don't have to mix it because they are already 100% gray covered.

Always start where the hair is grey the most. Total processing time is 35-40 minutes. This period may be extended for a further 5-10 minutes according to the structure of the hair

1) Shipping destinations

We ship from the Netherlands to the destinations shown at checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not offer delivery to that location at that time.

2) Processing & dispatch

After payment confirmation (and any necessary fraud checks), we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, weekends/public holidays, and stock availability.

3) Tracking & carriers

We use DHL and/or FedEx (or comparable local partners). Delivery attempts and pick-up procedures vary by country and carrier. If delivery fails, the carrier may attempt redelivery and/or route the parcel to a local pick-up point according to the carrier’s policy.

4) Delivery times & delays

Delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, peak periods, weather, or customs clearance. If no specific delivery time has been agreed, delivery will generally take place within a reasonable period (commonly within 30 days).

5) Customs, duties & import fees (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, import VAT, customs handling fees and/or other charges may be applied by local authorities or the carrier. These charges are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Incorrect address / unclaimed parcels

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, we may refund the order minus shipping and return-to-sender costs (where applicable), or reship at your cost.

7) Risk of loss/damage

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
