How to apply:

1. Make sure the hair is dry or slightly damp
2. Apply evenly using a glove
3. Wait for 20 / 30 minutes
4. Rinse until the water runs clear

TIP 1: We recommend using Mattie After Color Shampoo after coloring, this will remove the hair dye residue from your hair and that the pigments are better absorbed, after which it will look more lively. It increases color fastness and brightness by ensuring the stability of the hair.

TIP 2: We recommend to use Mattie Conditioner after coloring, it will make your hair soft and will moisturize your hair.

TIP 3: It is ready to use, DO NOT mix it with peroxide.

TIP 4: For the most vivid results, we recommend applying to bleached / (light) blonde hair with no brassy tones.

1) Shipping destinations

We ship from the Netherlands to the destinations shown at checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not offer delivery to that location at that time.

2) Processing & dispatch

After payment confirmation (and any necessary fraud checks), we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, weekends/public holidays, and stock availability.

3) Tracking & carriers

We use DHL and/or FedEx (or comparable local partners). Delivery attempts and pick-up procedures vary by country and carrier. If delivery fails, the carrier may attempt redelivery and/or route the parcel to a local pick-up point according to the carrier’s policy.

4) Delivery times & delays

Delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, peak periods, weather, or customs clearance. If no specific delivery time has been agreed, delivery will generally take place within a reasonable period (commonly within 30 days).

5) Customs, duties & import fees (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, import VAT, customs handling fees and/or other charges may be applied by local authorities or the carrier. These charges are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Incorrect address / unclaimed parcels

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, we may refund the order minus shipping and return-to-sender costs (where applicable), or reship at your cost.

7) Risk of loss/damage

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

8) Missing or damaged deliveries

If your tracking shows an issue (delayed, delivered but not received, or damaged), contact us at info@mattiepro.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a suitable solution.
